1991 Damon Escaper 22' Class C Roof Resealing

Just purchased a 1991 Class C Damon Escaper Class C on a Chevy van chassis.  Very good shape for the year but looks like the roof could use resealing.  I'm not sure what to use and I don't think it's rubber.  Any ideas?

Congrats and welcome.  I'd suggest a few photos of the roof because the type of material matters.  Also, do just seams and edges need work or the whole roof?
