So, I bought a propane tank cover for a 20lb two tank system from Amazon.com. NO nuts, OR bolts to put them together, and no access from the top. I thought I'd buy some wing nuts, assemble it myself and cut a oval in the top with a box cutter and secure with duct tape. Any other brilliant ideas that might work better? Thank you! :-\
