1993 terry resort 35' "slide out"

I bought an 1993 terry resort 35' and don't know how to put in my slide out.  It does not look like its powered but I don't think I have a crank or any thing like that. Any one have any ideas? thanks in advance.
 
My terry had a hole for a crank, outside bottom middle on  the slide.
