I just purchased this trailer for a little family fun, everything is in great condition but the water heater is said to be cracked and leaking. Does anyone have any info on this? what size? good replacement? easy fix or better to replace? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

99% of all RV heaters are either an Atwood or a Suburban. Check to see which yours is and the size - either 6 gallon or 10 gallon (most are 6 gallon).  You should be able to get a replacement that will slide right into the same place and hook-up is not difficult in most cases.

You can buy a replacement at either a local dealer or from an online Rv discount store. Just Google the heat make and you should find numerous sources. Your exact model number is probably no longer available, but there will be a model designated to replace it.

probably wouldn't hurt to check the fittings and the lines prior to ordering a Tank. They might be cracked  from having been frozen.  Jut a thought.  Would save lot of work and a few bucks  if that were the case/
