Where is 1997 Fleetwood southwind storm's breaker panel and fuse box?

I just bought this rv last weekend and I'm having some minor issues with it. First of all, my brake light doesn't work. I want to know where is the chasis's fuse box is located? I want to check all the fuses and relay. Second and lastly, where are the breaker panel and 12v fuse panel located at?

Please help...

The breaker panel and 12v fuse panel in my 97 SW Storm is located in the cabinet under the refrigerator.

Chassis fuses are usually separate from the house 12v system an located under the dash or on the firewall. What kind of chassis is it - Ford or Chevrolet?
