Hello
I have posted problems with the furnance in the past due to low battery charge. I am having a similar issue with full battery and even with the generator running.
Everest Star 7900II/8000II seriers, hydro flame furnance.
Fan will come on, relay will click and either the flame will start for a short time - 30 secs, or the relay will click a couple times and nothing. I can turn it off wait until the fan goes off, turn it on and it may start or do the same thing. some times takes 3 or 4 times paying with it.
When its 29 degrees this is not a good start to morning.
