Some printed books, such as some of the For Dummies books, come with a CD of examples &/other supporting materials. When the Nook or epub versions of the books are purchased, they say that the CD content will be available for download after purchase. Anyone figured out where/how to get the downloads? I'm finding it a little frustrating reading Nook versions of such books with constant references to "track x on the CD".

Problem solved. A quick (no wait) call to Wiley Publications directed me to file a request with their tech support (had to create an account, took only a few seconds), also sent screenshots of my Barnes & Noble confirmations of purchase. Promptly received links to download entire contents of both CDs. Friendly and helpful people at every step.

Makes it a lot easier to "listen to track xx".
