Mom & Dad rented a little motorhome in Hawaii and RV'd on Oahu and Hawaii, so you could take Lorna RVing to visit that last state Capitol.

Jerry, Pat was just saying the other day that she wouldn't mind having your lot!  ;D ;D It sure is in a nice area. We certainly enjoyed our stay!!!
 
Jim; Thank you, We are in no hurry to sell it, Joe across the street has 1st dibs and if he decides not to Dick Reed is interested too. I'm more concerned about getting a fair price for the motor home right now. Say hi to Pat for us and sorry we missed you.

Congratulations on the new house Ned and Lorna.  There's something about settling down in a place you enjoy and then wanting more room to do that.

Thanks, Daisy.  It's not a done deal yet, we still have to sell the lot, but we're in no hurry.
 
Phase one is over.  We accepted an offer for the lot and it's now on to phase two, getting a mortgage loan lined up for the house.  The new owners are Chuck and Marie who many of you know from rallies at Catalina SP and elsewhere.  They met our immediate neighbors yesterday and no fights broke out, that's a good sign :D

The owners of the house are in Colorado right now on family business but will be returning later today.  Lots of little details to work out yet, but that's just busy work.  It appears all the pieces are now in place, other than the mortgage, but we don't expect that to be a problem.
 
Congrats to Ned and Lorna and Chuck and Marie.  Don't you just love it when things work out as planned!  :)

Congratulations, Ned & Lorna and Chuck and Marie..  Seems lots of big changes happening to so many of our friends.  Wishing everyone concerned lots of fun and memories in the years ahead.

We won't be moving into the house until next fall when we return from WI.  I'm sure Lorna will find something to do :)
 
Good thing you bought Lorna the chainsaw. Now she'll need a power washer, lawn mower and paint sprayer.
 
Well, we have the lawn mower, and the house is sided, but I'll have to think about the power washer :)
