I just received the Blue Ox braking system ordered earlier this week from pplmotorhomes.com. I got a great price on a complete Apollo system, but when I received it the system was the Luxor, not the Apollo. What is the difference? Which is better? Did I get screwed?
 
The Luxor system includes the Apollo brake system, the remote alert, and the breakaway system.  And yes, you did get a good price.  Towing world sells the Luxor for $1070.
 
Thanks Ned. I feel better now. With tax, the system, including remote and breakaway and free freight, was right at $800, so it was attractively priced just when I needed to buy it.
