Remodeling under way.  I started with using epoxy and fiberglass to repair the cracks and missing pieces.

Pieces and parts all epoxied, sanded, and ready for primer.

And with the first coat of primer.  The bigoted fellow at the marine supply store told me not to thin it despite the label instructions saying to do so.  His advice was no better than his attitude, and so I had a good deal of sanding to do after the first coat.  I got the proper thinner along with the top coat from a mail order place -- it should be here tomorrow.  Stay tuned.
