I have been doing a lot of reading on how to "restore" the finish on your Motorhome.
We bought ours about 14 months ago and I have been trying to get rid of those black "spots" on the sides.
I had tried polishing compound, Barkeepers Friend, etc.
This week I noticed that the spots were pretty visible so I tried a "Magic Eraser" on the sides.  To my surprise, almost all of the spots were able to be removed with moderate pressure and scrubbing.
After cleaning and wiping down, I added some polish and hand buffed the finish.
My sides look white again and the shine is great.  The task was somewhat labor intensive but the results were worth the effort.
I had to buy two more packs of the Magic Eraser, but the cost is minimal compared to the results.
Now I can travel back north with a really clean unit.

Thanks to all of those who have recommended this method in this forum.

Regards,
Paul
