Hey, I am sorry I am new to the forum so I do not know where else to post this so please bear with me.
I purchased a 2000 38ft Sandpiper and the previous owner really messed the slides up. I am trying to fix the slides in order to get them back to normal and have them stop letting water in every time it rains.
The problem is that the top of the slides do not make contact with the wall. From what I have read so far the tops of the slide outs should be the first hit, but in my case the bottom hits first, keeping the tops of the slide outs from making contact, let alone sealing with the wall. Does anyone have ideas.
I really want to do this myself. I purchased it used so I am not worried about voiding warranties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
