Wales has had bilingual road signs (see attached photo) for several decades - as a courtesy to folks from across the border who can't read the Welsh place names. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this dual language road sign welcoming us to England while on our way back to Heathrow airport. Could it be that England is at long last reciprocating the courtesy and adding Welsh to their road signs?
