After spending the winter touring Texas, we decided to make a run for home. We figured the spring storms were about due why not head North. Home is a small lake in Northern Minnesota, 20 miles north of Two Harbors in Superior Natl. Forest. We knew there had been A Lot of snow this year. It had been warm as of late so thought wouldn't be much of a problem getting in the 500' drieway. Suprise! This is what i have been doing for the last 2 days..
Went from 90* in Palo Duro Canyon to this. What a Homecoming:) :)

What a bummer, huh? How'd driving in that go? Our family members in MN are so bummed. 12" of snow on May 2nd! About every other day we're getting photo texts! It's hard to compute when we're sitting on the beach with warm sand between our toes, watching the dolphins swim by.

We hope it ends soon!

I watched the weather so we left Monday early pushed hard and got home Tuesday around 5:00. So missed the latest batch. This was the leftover from the winter. Crusty, Heavy, Packed Snow nothing like it..
