Where do I mount jack plates?

I just picked up an 11 (or so) year old lite-craft truck camper with the folding top. It did not come with jacks but found some on crags list. Can anyone tell me where is the proper place to put the mounting plates?

look on the camper for the old mounting holes im sure it came with jack originally ....
