Ken, thanks for the correction.

Henry, it looks like you all had a great time hiking the Narrows!  Glad you took so many nice photos to share.  What a great way for Terry to celebrate his birthday!

I've heard Tom Seilerbird on this RVForum  announce several times how much he enjoyed this  hike  along the Narrows.  Today it  became my favorite all time hike.  I was glad I was prepared with  boots, waterproof pants and a long walking stick for balance.  Gorgeous scenery, wonderful company and a day that  made memories that will last for a lifetime.

What a thrill to hike  in a "raging" river.  They said the flow was low but  I got a good workout trying to  keep balance and watching for slick rocks on the bottom.  Weather was perfect, scenery spectacular and thanks to  Henry for the photos.  I  took some too but I am way too tired this evening to process them.

This was an item on Terry's bucket list and CHECK it was a hit.  He inspired many of us  to do the hike today.  Thanks honey!

yeah well  I still don't understand why Henry and  I were voted  " best dressed" of the day.  I was cold and the layered look is IN.  His trash bag jacket was  functional and served as a  carrier for sandy dirty boots,  socks and pants at days end.
We were stylin!

Our group of Zion Canyon Bike riders took to the Canyon today on an 8 mile ride.

While everyone biked or rested Dave, Nancy, and I enjoyed a round of golf at Sky Mountain Golf Club here in Hurricane. The course is beautifully laid out with a red sandstone background.

We were continuing a tradition established four years ago with Randy Sherow, Ron and Shirley Maribito, and I

We have now  skipped to Bryce.  It is snowing like crazy and windy too.  I'm guessing not many  Happy hours will be held outside and soup  pots will be brewing inside rigs.  The new section of Ruby's campground is fantastic. Large sites. One could fit 2 rigs  on the site.  Clear cut so satellites are all seeing the sky.

Wonder if we will stay inside the  whole 4 days we are here? 42 degrees outside!

The Wishards and Cousins were a couple of hours behind and drove through 10 miles of whiteout conditions with the front of our coaches iced over.

Are we having fun yet?  We had only a couple of light raindrops on our drive.
At least the wifi is good here!

39 degrees and dropping.  Tune your CB to channel 34 in case we may want to  make any announcements  cause  I'm sure not gonna walk around in this snow!

We haven't got a cb in the motorhome.  Sorry, that is going to be this summers project.  Please, call us if something exciting happens or send up smoke signals.  From 90 to 35 in how many days?

Snow everywhere. From desert heat in Zion to bloody Blizzard. And we drive only 90 miles. This is USA for us. I did not think to take skis for this trip. Well we can build snowman in happy hour today.

As Henry says HO HO HO Merry RVForum rally.
