I'm happy to have found you folks!

My recently purchased '89 Shadow Cruiser pop up TC has three jacks.
The single one has a few issues. Its not quite solid.
Apparently it took a little too much stress and I don't trust it.
I have access to additional legs and want to remove the one leg and add 2 to that side.
Giving me a total of 4 legs that will be in solid material.
Can anybody give me a reason why I shouldn't change from 3 legs to 4?
I cant come up with one.
IMO 3 legs just don't get it.
Thanks.

no reason not to, i did it years ago and it works fine, (more work) but works fine.. if you really want to upgrade find some electric jacks and then you just push a button :)  i bought a pair off a burnt upright tc for 200,00 :) best 200 i ever spent for that camper :) i used to camp alone and running from side to side was a pain :)

A three leg stool is always stable, regardless of whether the surface it's on is smooth or rough.  If you add a 4th leg, it's up to you to operate them in a manner that does not twist the camper frame.
