A quick question: I usually dry camp which means I depend solely on the batteries to run all the essentials. I have two 12 volt deep cycles hooked together in parallel to run everything. My question is -- when charging, do I need to hook each battery to a charger or will they both charge equally if I hook my shore power cord to a generator and let it run for a few hours? Any feedback will be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, both batteries will charge in that scenario.  Depending on the make and model of you onboard converter, there may be better options to charge your batteries, such as an external battery charger.

Thanks Lou. I don't know off hand what make and model the converter is but it is a fairly new camper, (2010 model year). I will check on that and re-post.
