We just purchased a Coachmen travel trailer that came with a Jensen DVD player, the sound comes out good in the ceiling speakers but there is no sound coming from the tv speakers. Is  this the way it is supposed to be or is something not wired right? Thanks for your help
 
Check the setup menus on the TV, the speakers may be turned off there.
 
2 comments based on our experience:
  • The overhead speakers tend to overpower the TV speakers so there may be sound coming out but very little.
  • The DVD remote will not control the TV sound - you have to use the TV remote for that.
