If you're in Australia or New Zealand and you either travel in a wheelchair or else use a mobility scooter and you want to enjoy the open road and see Australia or New Zealand, this is the vehicle you have been waiting for. What a cool idea.
If you are in the USA/Canada/UK, show this video to your favourite RV Maker and suggest they see what they can come up with that is just as reasonable as this.
I think they did a pretty sensible design and remember, this isn't a one-off conversion, this is a ready to be made vehicle on their catalog. Neat.

Please be aware, there is absolutely NO relationship between Winnebago USA and Winnebago Australia. After the recent High Court case (Winnebago USA took Winnebago Australia to Court over Trademark Infringement and won then lost on Appeal) they are not even talking nicely to each other so don't ring up your USA Winnebago agent and ask for this model, you may not like the response you get LOL
