RV show pricing

When you attend an RV show do you really get better prices? Or is this just a ploy to get you to go

and see their newest products? I will be in the market for a new TT and would like to try and get a better

price than I did for my first one.
 
Tell me, what about renting a show venue, hauling the RV to the venue and then hauling it back after the show is any less expensive than having the RV stay on the dealer's lot?

You should be able to purchase any RV at a dealer for an amount equal to or better than the show price.  RV shows are all about getting exposure - and encouraging impulse buys with the "show prices".
