I have a Weekend Warrior, and it has a 12 volt system (2 batteries) for dry camping. Well, when I hook up to power at a camp site, my lights die within hours. I asked the previous owner about this, and he said he used to just bring a lamp. That seems silly though. Any ideas? It's a pain because I can't use any of the lights. My batteries are brand new. And worked great when I tested them before I go camping.

Let me see if I'm understanding this...when you "hook up to power at a campsite" you mean you plug in to AC power, correct?

Sounds like your inverter / charger isn't working.

I tend to agree wit Frizie... I would grab a DVM and check the battery voltage while plugged in and see what you charge voltage is if any. Might be a blown fuse on the converter. Might be just a bad connection.
