Thanks to the helpful advice I recieved here, I avoided what could have been a costly mistake, and probably would have totally ruined my entry into RVing! I bought a Puma 25 rs, 28' travel trailer, new, and went a short jog of 144 miles to Johnson Bayou, the Palms campground. It's a simple place, with only 9 spots, but had full hook-ups.
The owner was great, neighbors friendly, and helpful, and the beach was 1 block away. My wife an I stringlined a bucket of blue crabs, I caught a nice Red fish, the beer was cold, and she was happy! Life is GOOD!
