I planted this flower last year thinking it was an annual. It came back up this year so I'm assuming it's a perennial. I'm not sure what kind of flower it is. I would like to transplant it to another area of the yard. I live in central Ohio. Wondering when is the best time to transplant it. And if it needs full sun? Thanks.
