windshield seal

Have a 1999 discovery and the windshield seal is not doing a proper job, not sealing to the frame, I cannot seem to get a good answer from my local glass shop. Do rv centers re-do windshields?
 
When I had mine done, these folks did a great job, came to where I was to do it, and were easy to deal with. They have installers in many places.  http://www.rvglassexperts.com/
