You might be able to get one from either American Coach Customer Service or Spartan Customer Service. Both have a great reputation for helping owners.

I've heard that others got pdfs from Spartan - wonder if they thought you were asking for a service manual rather than the chassis operator guide? Or is that what you DID ask for?
Maybe another 2000 Tradition owner would copy or scan their owner manual\s for you. There is an American Coach Owners Group on Yahoo - I'm a member. Lots of 2000 Trad owners there, and the members are often quite helpful.

Your chassis is a Spartan Mountain Master Stacked Rail model. That's the manual you need.
In the meantime, is there any specific info you are looking for? Maybe someone can help with that, even if the entire manual is not available.
I located some manuals that may be helpful, even if not exact for your coach. Check these out:
MM GT Maintenance Manual
EC2000 chassis manual (supposedly near identical to the MM chassis)

I already found the EC2000 manual. Although similar chassis that one has disc brakes on the front and mine has drum.

For parts breakdowns you need a service manual. No wonder Spartan couldn't help you. I doubt if AC can either. You can probably BUY a service manual, but I'll bet they are really pricey.
Your front axle is probably a Granning? Can you identify the model? Spartan could probably tell you that from your chassis VIN. There are some downloads on the Granning website, but not sure if they go back to 2000.
