structural walls in a park model ???

Hi All, as i begin my reno I started taking down the ceiling and some outer inside wall found a few leaks and some rot which i will replace/repair. I have a question i took down one side of an interior room wall it was framed with what looks likes 2x2 s and the bathroom is framed with 2x4 s. Is it common for a manufacturer to use a 2x2 wall to help the structure?
 
Yes to your question,  any way it has been in the three park models I've had.  May be other have had a difference experience.
