Wendy & I are going and plan on arriving in Indio Mon. 1/6 and stay in the RV parking area of Fantasy Casino until we go into the Rally.
Also for the past several years Wendy & I go to Tony Roma's for our Birthday dinner this year we plan on going Tuesday 1/7. We have had several Forum Framily join us. If you would like to dine with us Post here with how many are going.

Also if you are going to the Rally post here so we all know how many are attending the Rally.

Mike

Ken and I will be attending the Indio rally along with several others who are here at Catalina.  We will be overnighting at the Casino 29 in Coachella on  Sunday the 5th and entering the rally Monday morning.

We will be unable to attend the Tony Roma dinner.

Sheila

Margaret and I will be at the rally. We will be arriving with the RV Forum group after a stop in Yuma at Betty and Terry's See you guys there. The Big Larry and I have joined so much stuff this week we might even be signed up for the nudist bunch at Quartzsite . Who knows!

Thanks for the invite but  dinner at Roma's is  not on my list for this winter.  As Sheila said we are going in after a night stay at  Casino 29.  We will likely do dinner Sunday night at their casino as a thank you for their stay.  Then we'll caravan in as a group on  Monday.

Happy Birthday to you and Mike!

Dinner at Roma's sounds great, but I just found out I'll be at our L.A. tower this weekend and all or most of next week.

Our landlord has brought in a crew to re-paint the orange and white stripes on the tower, which means I'll have to be on site to make sure our antennas are de-energized whenever the crew needs to work around them.

They expect the painting to take 7 days, weather permitting.  If it goes faster I may still be able to schedule a trip to Indio before the week is out and stop by the FMCA rally like I did last year.

We signed up for handicap and electric. Leaving home Monday Jan 6. and hope to arrive in time Tue. Jan 7 at the fairgrounds. Don't worry we will find you. :
chris, mimi and guest Mr.Toby

Loretta and I will be with the RV Forum group arriving at Indio.  Sorry, we won't make the dinner.
We look forward to our first FMCA party. . .  Worried about that nudist thing in Quartzite however.

Chris,

It's really great to hear you and Mimi will be at Indio again. I wish we were going to be there. Hope you both are doing well. :)

We're tentatively planning to be there (not registered yet). Will update with details when available.

It looks now to be unlikely we'll make it to Indio, though we're certainly planning to make Qz. We've got three inches on the ground, with more to come, and Monument Hill and Raton Pass aren't very attractive at this point. Current forecasts indicate we'd not get out before Tuesday at the soonest, so the rally would be half over before we got there.

Had we been able to get out a couple of days ago, we'd have made it, but other things prevented that. Maybe next year...

Larry while many of us show up early officially The Western Area Rally starts on Wednesday so you wouldn't miss much.

Thanks, Jeff, but with three (probably four) travel days, that would mean arriving late Thursday or sometime Friday. Since Saturday is the last day, it wouldn't be worth the extra time and miles for just a day or so. A nice thought, though.

Larry, fly out and land at 42CA. I'm sure someone would pick you up.  ;D    ;D    ;D

We're in Handicapped III, near the Gem & Mineral building. Any Happy Hours planned ? If not, see you at Bingo tomorrow.

Wendy,

The group is in Orange Lot Row 3. Happy Hour has been between the Brewer's and our coaches ( about 8 or 9 in from the road).
