We would like to install tow brackets on our 2014 Honda CRV.
We downloaded tow bracket installation instructions from two places. We are uncomfortable with releasing the last four clips (behind the grill) to remove all of the Honda front & expose the steel bumper (which is replaced with the tow bracket frame).

I think 2012-2014 are all the same and possibly even earlier models.

Can anyone prompt me on the releasing of these 4 clips. The instructions we read just didn't register well in my head.

Thanks for any help.

Hello:
I am doing the same to my 2014 CR-V and the info that I have is the four clips must be compressed on all four side at the same time.  I was told that it is a two handed operation.  Maybe a pair of pliers and two fingers??
Good luck and I have considered having mine done by a shop.
