One of the main reasons I joined Flickr.com was to view other photographers work - a great learning experience. As with other on line sites, you can have Friends. I enjoy interacting with a number great shooters from around the world.

David Yu has over 10 million hits on his Flickr photos and albums. Here is a link to about 50 of his panoramas of The City.

Click the first image to start. For full screen and best viewing click the slanted arrows to the upper right of the first image - then F11 to hide browser menus. There should then be arrows to move to the next or previous image.

If you want to view more of his work, click the More Sets button. Flickr calls an Album a Set,

or, if you have a link to a professional photographer's advanced and striking work such as David Yu that you admire and learn from, please post.

Enjoy . . .  :)

A fella from our old neighborhood is a high tech exec by day and a photographer by nite. He was at Sochi and his shots were stunning. His explanations and dialog are wonderful too. Enjoy.

Not such good pics, but they are mine!

Appears you had a nice visit to San Francisco - nice photos.

But tho I could also post photos that are all mine, was wondering more about who you have gotten inspiration from and if you could post a link to some of their work. No matter how good we are there is always someone that is better - and that we can learn from. Guess I didn't post that well enough. Have edited the post accordingly.

Thank you!! I especially like the dialog and settings he used. What a tremendous opportunity to photograph at Sochi. Skiers in Flight . . .

David Yu's images all have exif data available.

Fantastic images!  Thank you.  It was treat to view them.

Which point-&-shoot/bridge camera do you think they used

:)  :)
