I just purchased a 71 Starlite tent trailer My ? is it has a l shaped square L shaped bar about 3 ft long on each corner it bolts underneath it s also supported by cables that attach to the bumpers it is the same heighth as the trailer folded down what are these for I dont see them on any other trailer??Thx
