Calling worked for us also. I asked that we not receive anything. She confirmed our request was in the computer. We have received maybe 3 pieces of mail in the last 5 years.

I guess I'll be calling again. Hopefully this time "the computer" will remember our request longer than a few months.

I finally got around to calling GS today regarding the latest junk mail. As I was dialing, I noticed that it was addressed specifically to Chris. When I talked to the nice lady at GS she confirmed that Chris' name was not on the "no solicitations" list in the computer, although mine was. Shame on me for not thinking about this possibility last time I called. Hopefully, this will put an end to this stuff (again).
I have to say that the GS folks I've talked to about this are very nice, helpful folks. (I too have been very civil in my calls).

When I call Good Sam on junk mail they always sound very accomodating its just that they don't seem to take the proper action to stop the junk mail.
