1995 Vectra 37 ft questions

I"m new to RVing and purchased a 1995 GM chassis 37ft Vectra and have several questions. The drivers door has a switch with two arrows up and down. This switch is not listed in the owners manual what is it's function. In the entertainment storage area is an air pump and tank what is this system for. Where is the fill resevoir for the HWH system.

Hi and Welcome.

Have you explored all of Winnebago on-line resources for your Vectra?  There's manuals, parts lists, electrical and plumbing diagrams available.  Check out the Winnebago Resources post near the top of this board.  Maybe we have some folks familiar with your model - stand by.

Is it for the driver's side window?
 
I have the original manuals and looked on Winnabagos website not seen plumbing or electrical yet. The button does nothing but my bigger concern is the HWH reservoir i have crawled under most of the MH
