I have a Cummins ISC on a Spartan MM chassis.  My oil and tranny dipsticks have a rubber donut on the top of the dipstick that expands to hold it in when you screw the t-handle down. I had the oil changed a couple of weeks and apx 700 miles ago. I just went to check the oil and found the dipstick about 2" out. In the past the donut has been so "sticky" on the oil dipstick that I sometimes had great difficulty getting it out. Now the donut on the oil stick has become somewhat soft and very slippery, and the more it is tightened, the quicker it pops out. Cleaning the donut w/WD-40 has not helped. Basically, leaving it loose doesn't secure it, and if I try to tighten it at all, the dipstick slips out. Does anyone know if/where a replacement rubber donut can be found?
