Reasonable RV Storage in DC-Metro Area

Hi.  I'm from MD and looking to get a pop-up, Hybrid or travel trailer.....  My problem is storage.  I can keep a pop up on the property, but not a Travel Trailer because of the HOA.  Many of the storage places that I have called charge anywhere from 140-200 bucks a month. 

Are there any leads or advice on reasonable RV storage locations in the DC-Metro Area?  areas like rockville, bowie, beltsville, capitol heights, upper marlboro etc...
