Just bought the Shamrock 183 and went to plug in my iphone into the USB port and it doesn't work. It keeps recognizing and unrecognizing it over and over again. I took it back to the dealer and he agreed it was not working properly so he ordered a brand new radio. They installed the new one and still doing the same thing. Come to find out(from the dealer calling the manufacturer) to play music through the Genesis GT-2.0 you have to use the Aux Jack (similar to headphones). It sucks we can't even use the port for charging a phone, not to mention play music from it. Anyone else experiencing this problem and have somewhere I can turn? I've been trying on the google machine but to no avail.
