what are these switches for?

Just a WAG but, one seems to be for an (additional) horn or turning one off while camping to prevent accidental touching of the steering wheel button, one for a blower or heater fan somewhere (maybe further back in the coach) and the third for dimming or turning off certain lights (perhaps compartment or floor lights in coach)?....

I'll go along with Stu's guess for the first two, but the third one might also be for fog lights.

I vote for air horn, blower of some kind and fog lights. The blower may be or coach heater from engine heat.

The left switch may be to switch the steering wheel button between a regular horn and an air horn.

The icon for the rightmost switch is the standard one for fog lights.
