hi will be up in montreal the first 2 weeks of july can anyone reccomend a campground within 30 miles or so thank you

Your best option for Montreal, is probably finding a few WalMarts you can stay in a few days at time. For an actual campground where you can camp, dump and fill, the closest option is probably in Ontario: Voyageur Provincial Park

I remember our first trip to Montreal, for Expo '67, before the days of GPS and all that kind of stuff. While struggling to find our way back to the campground, we arrived at the very same Victoria Bridge for the third time and had pay the toll yet again, I came up with the idea: "Maybe we should go home now!" ;D
