I feel so very very dumb, but I have a 2005 Sun-lite truck camper that I bought new.  I ordered it with a couch instead of a dinette- but never once was able to open it to a bed.

Fast forward to now, and I have my 3 year old grandson to take camping this summer.  I am unable for the life of me to figure out how to open that couch to a bed.  There are no obvious levers or buttons, and I've tried lifting the front, the middle, and the back. 

It seems to me that someone should be able to figure this out- but I can not.

Can someone describe how to open this little sofa into a little bed? 

(feeling dumb, but with grateful thanks to any help!  :-[)
 
Turn it over and make sure it has linkage which will convert it to a bed. It may also give some insight has to what you'll need to do. Good luck.
 
Try lifting on the front edge.

This pulls up the seating area while the linkage
reclines the back to the sleeping position.

Make sure it us not hanging up on anything.
 
If he's only 3 years old, just have him bed down on the couch. I have 2 grandchildren in the 3rd grade and they love just sleeping on the couch. It's usually a battle to see who's going to get the couch.
