2003 Rockwood Roo Brake Question?

Does anyone know what type of brakes a 2003 Rockwood Roo 232 would have? I havent taken delivery of the trailer yet and I want to ensure I have the proper set up. I can only assume they are electric, but want to be certain. Thanks!
 
I'm all but positive they are electric, based on the description of the axles. Are there wires running to the back of the hubs? Any sign of a surge mechanism at the ball coupler?
