First time trip to Yosemite - Advice

Planning on traveling to Yosemite in 2015 with our 23ft Travel Trailer from Illinois - climbed Half-Dome last time we were there without the kids and camper - so this time we need a campground - would like one where we are not on top of our neighbors, any suggestions would be appreciated - Thank  You:)
 
Find the date they open and have 3 people on computers trying to get reservations.  I've been told that the entire summer can sell out in less than 30 minutes.  That's for campsites in the Valley.
 
If you can claim a disability then it is a lot easier to get reservations at Yosemite. The keep a few sites open for anyone with an Access Pass.
