No start 1976 dodge b300 jamboree 360, spark only key off

I have a 1976 dodge 360 rv
It wont start
It was running, last week then it died. Replaced the starter and battery and now it only sparks when the key is in the off position.
Replaced the ballast resistor, icm, coil, plugs, wire, rotor...
Thinking its a ground

That spark or kick when you release the key is frustrating, it gives you false hope that you might get it started. Ballast resistor, no idea where it's located on a van chassis. Google 1976 dodge van ballast resistor for what it looks like, then look for it in your engine compartment. They were dirt cheap, couple bucks, back in the day. It was common to carry a spare in the glovebox. Easy to do, 2 wires, 2 screws. I've heard, never tried, 20' of wire will get you to the parts store.
