Looking to replace the paneling in our RV bedroom, need advice!

So, as the title says, I am looking to replace the paneling in our RV bedroom. I figured, paneling is paneling, so we bought some from Lowe's, but the paneling ended up warping over time. Would like to replace again, but do not want to waste all that money and effort for the same result. Anyone have a suggestion of some that would do better in an RV?

Moisture is the major concern, so you want a product that is suitable for a bathroom or kitchen. If you can't find something that you like at a rational price, put up plain white bath-type panels and then paint or wallpaper to your taste.
