The picture I want to post is 2.2mg. The largest I can post is 250kb. I don't know how to make the picture smaller. Can anyone help? Thanks

You can post the image to Picasa and then provide us with a link.

I have used two image resizers : FastImageResizer and ImageResizer.
ImageResizer is the one I find easiest to use since it becomes an item in the right click menu when you right click on a picture.
You can find both with a Google search.
