So there is this jack/receptacle on the side of one of the ceiling lights in my popup. It looks like one of the old style headphone jacks on my parents stereo. Can someone tell me what it is for? My best guess is that it is some sort of antennae link.

Thanks all!

Nope, it's for plugging in another light. They were available with a curly cord that fit that jack.

Or for the electric bed warmers that a lot of popups have as an option....My outside light on my Coleman had one and I plugged my electric cooler into it

Actually both respondents are correct, It is for plugging in other 12 volt STUFF, be it lights or fans or whatever.  The fan sold for something like 50 bucks.. Cost about 2 bucks to make.. Which is why I made my own.
