What can I tow?

I have a 30' Fifth Wheel.  I want to know if you can tow anything behind the camper?  I have a 18' Ranger bass boat.  Can you hook up a hitch to the camper and pull a boat? 
Also, can you LEGALLY pull this from Maine to Florida using I-95?

Big maybe.  That double traielr tow is legal in some of the flat states and but not in others.  You would have to check the rules of each state you travel thru.  In Califorinia, admittedly not your route, it is flatly illegal:  No passenger vehicle (including pickups) can tow a double trailer.
