One Question:

You are having a hard time filling these jobs because not many paople want to be in the heat of south Texas in the summer.

What happens this winter when your regular employees come back to over-winter?  Will the new hires go down the road kicking cans??

One would HOPE that if the new guard is doing the job as prescribed, the gate would be theirs until they decide to move on or the job evaporates.  If I were in that market, I would ask for assurances.  Kind of makes one wonder if they have the opposite problem in the northern oil patches.

My understanding is the gate guards are not used in the Northern oil patches.
