Hey,
My wife and I want to get into a 5er full-time.? We definitely need one with slides, preferably at least two with one being the bedroom.? But, we don't want to step up into the weight category that will require the equivalent of a Mack truck to pull it.? If there are any 5er/2+ slides out there that could be pulled by an F-150 or equivalent, that would be easier on the wallet.? But, don't worry, we're not willing to negotiate our safety or the stability of the truck to get the 5er we want.? Just don't know what to do...

The short answer?  No.

You are going to go full time and are planning on a big 5er with high quality fittings.  You  had better plan on at least a F-350, or up to a medium duty truck for the really big trailers.  (Big means heavy here.)
