Here is a new hanging method I came up with. Just a piece of 3/8" dowel rod and a piece of string.  Easy stuff!

Be careful when you fill out the order form.  The first time thru it said it was missing information, when I filled out the info again I ended up having a duplicate order and bought two flags.

I am not complaining, just suggesting you carefully fill out the order.  I thought I was just choosing not to sign up for Paypal.  I will find someone to give the second flag to, maybe at Quarzsite.

We received our flag!!  We're looking forward to flying it next spring.  What's the best way to display on our TT?

I would say either on a regular flag pole mini holder, like the top pic, or here is what I came up with today.  It is just a 3/8" dowel rod with a nylon string tied from the ends.  Rubber caps keep it from marking the RV, and a small bungee works at the hanger.  A couple of bucks for the parts at HD. The short bungee could also be hung off of an awning arm pretty easily too.

During the Moab rally we've decided to fly the new flag along with the old flag for one last time.  The old one has flown at so many rallies that it's now a historic relic!  It will be retired after this rally.

Nice Ardra! Boy, totally different looking! The new one does compliment the color of your coach nicely though.....

It does, doesn't it.  I hadn't thought of that particular advantage!  I thought Tom picked the red, white and blue colors because he's patriotic but now I realize he really chose them to match our coach.  ;D ;D

Thanks for offering the refund for the second order but I will just give it to the first RV Forum member that I meet after I get them.  The order complete box on the bottom left does not show up in the initial screen without scrolling down.  If you move it up a few lines it would be more clear that the order was accepted the first time.

I think now is a good time to resurrect this thread since many newcomers might not be aware that they can purchase RV Forum flags and RV Forum hats, apparel, and other items online.  We have an RV forum flag but I am going to shop for other RV Forum items now so that we have the items in time for our upcoming RV trips and rallies.  See info and link below.  Note that below the picture of the hat there is a place to click to see the supplier's catalog for other items.

The flags sold out, but forum staffer Don Miller will soon be ordering more. Stay tuned.

For anyone who hasn't seen them, the logo shirts and hats are good quality and quite spiffy. Note that you order directly from the supplier (contact info provided on the linked page). The RV Forum makes no money on any of the merchandise, and we're not involved in the transactions.

Did new flags get ordered? Is it possible to buy them yet? Ive tried to order through the link on the site but PayPal says it can't complete the order.

Yes, Don Miller ordered the latest inventory. You can contact Don directly via email or PM here.

Thanks for the heads up on the link; It worked for me to order my (second) flag, but I'll check it out.
