Before you dismiss this as a stupid question, know that I have spent quite a bit of time trying to get the top edge of the hood, on my 2004 Adventurer to close properly. The top edge needs to go in another 3/8" to 1/2". I have tried adjusting the slotted bolts on the two side brackets that hold the parallel arms, and have tried adjusting the rubber stop that the lower parallel arm contacts, but cannot seem to find the right combination.
If anyone has experience on this, I will certainly appreciate your advice.
